This data is used to operate the website, in particular to identify and resolve errors, monitor website usage and make adjustments or improvements.
4.2 Cookies
Cookies help make visits to the website easier, more convenient and more useful. Cookies are information files that the web browser automatically stores on the user’s device when visiting the website.
Cookies may, for example, be used to temporarily store selected services and information entered into forms so that these details do not need to be entered again when visiting another page. Cookies may also be used to identify registered users so that they do not need to log in again when accessing another page.
When visiting the website for the first time, a cookie notice is displayed, allowing visitors to consent to or reject the use of analytics and marketing cookies. This consent can be withdrawn or changed at any time.
Users who do not wish to accept browser cookies can configure their browser accordingly. In this case, the website may only be available with limited functionality or may not function at all. When using services provided by Google, Meta or LinkedIn, data may nevertheless be transferred to countries that do not provide a level of data protection equivalent to that in Switzerland, particularly the United States. In such cases, data transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to ensure an appropriate level of data protection.
